Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to implement AI-powered solutions with our customers and build highly reliable full stack applications that use foundational or proprietary LLM models
- Work across the entire product / project lifecycle, from conceptualization through deployment
- Collaborate with DevOps team to develop and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines and processes, enhancing our development lifecycle and maintainability of our solutions
- Produce clear and detailed design and technical documentation of our implementations, APIs, features, tools, etc. ensuring transparency, accessibility, and ease of use
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, frameworks such as Langchain, foundational AI models and others.
Requirements:
- You are excited about generative AI, LLMs and adjacent technologies
- You have experience integrating with LLMs, prompt engineering or developing RAG based solutions
- You are experienced working with other leaders to plan and develop platform architectures and establish technology directions
- You have a tenacious focus on the value being delivered to the client
- Expertise in Python with at least a working knowledge of frameworks such as Django or Flask and FastAPI
- Well versed in operating one or more modern databases, designing scalable APIs, and developing effective and manageable integrations with 3rd party offerings
- Strong knowledge of relational database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Familiarity with building and scaling a distributed systems environment built with Docker and/or Kubernetes
Nice to haves:
- Working knowledge of React or similar Frontend technology is a plus
- Working knowledge of microservices architecture and SQL development
- Knowledge of cloud computing and server deployment (AWS and/or Google Cloud) is a plus
- Exposure to big data frameworks like Spark, Kafka, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years min. of experience in web development building software products
- Proven experience in implementing generative AI models, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts
- Solid understanding data pre-processing techniques
Expected Compensation:
$80,000 – $100,000/annual salary + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
