Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications for AI solutions that handle high volumes of data, focusing on creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to implement AI-powered solutions with our customers and build highly reliable full stack applications that use foundational or proprietary LLM models
- Work across the entire product / project lifecycle, from conceptualization through deployment
- Collaborate with Design and Backend team to develop and maintain efficient collaboration and processes, to ensure our applications meet high standards of usability and accessibility
- Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies and frameworks to keep our development practices ahead of the curve
- Produce clear and detailed design and technical documentation of our Frontend implementations, APIs usage, features, tools, etc. ensuring transparency, accessibility, and ease of use
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, frameworks such as Langchain, foundational AI models and others.
Requirements:
- You are excited about generative AI, LLMs and adjacent technologies
- You have experience integrating with LLMs, prompt engineering or developing RAG based solutions
- You are experienced working with other leaders to plan and develop FrontEnd platform architectures and establish technology directions
- You have a tenacious focus on the value being delivered to the client
- Expertise in ReactJS with at least a working knowledge of NextJS framework or others, or previous experience with similar technologies like VueJS and/or Angular
- A deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices
- Experience with RESTful APIs and general data management flows
- Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) and version control systems like Git
Nice to haves:
- Strong leadership skills and experience in technical lead roles, with a desire to drive projects forward and take ownership of outcomes
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Backend development
- Knowledge of data visualization and the ability to implement such features in a user-centric design
- Proficiency in additional programming languages or frameworks beneficial to frontend or full stack development.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years min. of experience in web development building software products
- Proven experience in implementing generative AI model
Expected Compensation:
$60,000 – $90,000/annual salary + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
